Accidentally ordered the wrong product?

No problem!

All return claims must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.

Products should be inspected immediately once delivered.

Refunds are for the purchase price of the product, minus shipping costs, and minus a 15% restocking fee. 
All products that are returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Products that have been opened, used, or not in a resalable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Undelivered Package- Refunds will be issued for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination.
Refunds are not issued for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier.

Expired Inventory- All claims for expired inventory must be accompanied with the Expiration Date.
Refunds will not be issued for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 30 or more days from the “best by” date.

Mis-Picks- Claims for wrong product shipped are subject to review.
The UPC number from the item received is required.
If the product received is a mis-pick, shipping will be at the expense of our warehouse.

Products that have melted in transit such as, but not limited to, chocolate bars, or gummy vitamins are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipments do not include ice packs or any special packaging to cool products in transit.
It is strongly advised to not buy any items that are prone to melting in transit in the summer months.

Images not matching product labels- WildFirst or any of our warehouses are not responsible for new product labeling.
This is the sole discretion of the manufacturer itself.
If the UPC number is kept the same, then no significant changes have been made to the product and no claim will be honored.
