Shipping Policy

Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in

Philadelphia, PA.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Orders will be shipped to the specified shipping destination within 2 business

days after receipt of payment so long as our warehouse receives the order on

a business day before the associated daily cut-off time for the warehouse (the "Cut-Off").

Any order submitted by Customer on a non-business day will be deemed

received by our warehouse on the next business day. “Business day” is inclusive

of weekdays (Monday through Friday) and excludes weekends (Saturday and

Sunday) and Holidays. Transit time to destination is in addition to the 2

business days to pick and pack and ship the order. Our warehouse makes no

warranty as to transit time of the various common carriers used.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and carrier costs.

FREE SHIPPING

Occasionally WildFirst, LLC will run promotional free shipping.

WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.

Presently, as of January 1, 2019, WildFirst is offering promotional FREE SHIPPING

on all orders of $39 or more after any discounts have been applied WITHIN the

contiguous U.S.

For orders less than $39 within the contiguous U.S., a standard shipping rate of $7.95 will be applied to the order.

OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.

Free shipping does not apply to orders placed outside the contiguous U.S.

For orders placed outside the contiguous U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as

well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau,

US Virgin Islands, as well as to APO and FPO military addresses.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

Order cancellations or modifications must be communicated by Customer to

Our warehouse at contactform@wildfirst.com at least 15 minutes before the order Cutoff for

the warehouse from which Product is ordered and during normal business

hours for our Customer Service Team which is M-F 8am-6pm EST. For

clarification, if the Cut-off for the warehouse is at 3pm EST, Customer must

communicate the cancellation or modification in writing at least 20 minutes before

3pm EST order deadline.

BACKORDERS

Our warehouse does NOT accept and/or process backorders. If one or more item on

Customer’s order is not in stock and/or is not available, the item is removed from the

order and the balance of the order is shipped. Customer is not charged for items

which do not ship.

SHIPPING METHODS

Our warehouse uses UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Sure Post or UPS Ground depending on the weight of package to be shipped.

UPS Mail Innovations

Parcels weighing 1 oz to 15.99 oz. will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations.

Parcels shipped by UPS Mail Innovations are packages that are picked up by UPS, and transported to the local post office of the customer, and the “last mile” is delivered by USPS with their daily delivery.

UPS Mail Innovations tracking numbers start with either an 8 or a 9. Both tracking numbers can be tracked at UPS.com. Tracking numbers that start with a 9 can also be tracked on USPS.com ONLY AFTER it has been handed over to USPS by UPS 1-3 days after UPS gets it.

UPS Sure Post or UPS Ground

Parcels weighing 1 lb or more will be shipped via UPS Sure Post or UPS Ground.

UPS Sure Post is similar to UPS Mail Innovations. Parcels shipped by UPS Sure Post are packages that are picked up by UPS, and transported to the local post office of the customer, and the “last mile” is delivered by USPS with their daily delivery.

UPS Sure Post and Ground tracking starts with a 1, and can be tracked at UPS.com.

Additional Shipping Information

Our warehouse will, in it’s sole discretion, rate-shop the most cost-effective shipping method.

Express shipping (for example two-day or overnight) is not available.

Delivery days for UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Sure Post, and UPS Ground is Monday-Friday.

Time in Transit: 2-7 days on average.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes at this time.

SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGE, LOSS

WildFirst, LLC will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or

any damage, loss or liability created thereby. WildFirst, LLC responsibility for package

delivery ends once a package is delivered to its destination as evidenced by a proof of

delivery (no signature required) from the common carrier. Once the

common carrier delivers an order (as evidenced by a delivery confirmation from the

common carrier), WildFirst, LLC is not responsible for the loss of the package and will

not honor claims for lost packages when a delivery confirmation has been received

from the shipping carrier.

Our warehouse ships to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as

well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau,

US Virgin Islands, as well as to APO and FPO military addresses.

Our warehouse does not otherwise ship internationally.

LIMITED SHIPPING MONTHS FOR HEAT SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Products that can melt in transit, but not limited to, chocolate bars, gummy vitamins, deodorant, or lip balm have limited shipping months.

These products are heat sensitive and at high risk of melting during hot seasonal temperatures.

For this reason, we temporarily discontinue these products between May 1 - October 1 to prevent risk of melting or spoiling. 

These products are available for purchase between October 2 - April 30.
